Our products are carefully packaged to ensure a safe transfer to your home. Normally, our gemstone birds are removed from their bases individually wrapped and double boxed in a suitably sized strong cardboard box. Therefore the only required assembly is to mount the birds on their bases by holding the birds by their body never by their wings, crests or tails. Our goal is to ship them in such a manner that they will arrive in the original condition. We ship either UPS Ground or Priority Mail USPS depending on the total size and weight. Orders are shipped fully INSURED to guarantee your complete satisfaction.

Our shipping and handling charges are shown in the table below or on our order form. Our shipping costs are based upon the total cost of an order. Shipping charges corresponding to the table below are automatically included for credit card purchases using PayPal.
